What happens if I cancel my Pro subscription?

You will have access to all Pro features until your subscription term ends. Once your subscription expires, any recipes created beyond the free plan's limit of 20 will become locked. However, you can regain access to these recipes by resubscribing to the Pro plan in the future.

Are my recipes shared anywhere?

Nope! Your recipes are private to your account.

I'm running into an issue. What can I do?

We're sorry to hear that! We do our best to ensure that the app is stable but occasionally things do go wrong. Please reach out to us through the contact form above and we'll look into it ASAP.

Is it possible to download or delete my account data?

Absolutely. We're working on a feature to automatically export/delete your account from within the app. In the meantime, please send us an email at contact@chopbop.com
